One line synopsis

A fleeting, celluloid romance, a lasting moment. A fresh, queer cinematic perspective.

One paragraph synopsis

A romance between two people plays out all of the highs and lows of melodrama. The emotions are all there — the anticipation, the tension, that requited moment and the imminent failure. It is melodrama but it is also banal. Our internal visualisations of these moments often eclipse the reality of the situation. Internally we imbue our experiences with all the colour and texture of a 50s melodrama, whilst externally two people attempt to connect but often fail quietly.
